
The Scholarship in his honor will allow transitioning Veterans, National Guardsmen, and Reservists to carry on Ralph's dedication to service through enrolling in the Police Academy or pursuing a degree in Criminal Justice. Scholarship recipients will receive $500.00 to use toward tuition, books, and/or supplies. At this time, candidates must reside or intend to reside in Ohio, Northern Kentucky, or Eastern Indiana.
